Why don't all of my services or classes in Mindbody show up in Frederick?

Some services or classes may not show up if they are not eligible to be booked through Frederick, based on settings in your Mindbody account. The most common examples are services or classes that require advance payment, or are not marked as bookable online.

Here are some instructions for how to adjust your Mindbody settings in the event this happens to you:

Disabling Advance Payment

1. Log in to Mindbody, click on the "Home" tab and select "Manager Tools"

2. Select the "Settings" button, then select "Appointment Options" (see screenshot below)


3. Uncheck the box "Require Client Payment for Booked Appointments, then click "Update" in the top right corner.



4. Return to Frederick and visit the Setup Wizard. Select "Data Sources", then click "Re-sync all settings". This will re-sync Mindbody with Frederick (may take up to 30 minutes). After the sync is complete, all of your services should appear in Frederick.
